Division 2 and 3 campers can choose from a list of various activities each week to participate in electives. This allows your child to focus and concentrate on their efforts to learn more of a sport, craft or activity. Electives also allow campers to meet and make new friends in other bunks as well!

Please fill out the request form and it will be emailed to you. You can always call as well to get more information.

How are bunks divided by age?

Camp and school are divided differently. We follow a July 1 cut off for birth date.

Do you have any special events at camp?

Yes! Every Friday, we have a special event. Events may include magic shows, fear factor, water carnival, carnival, color games, color runs, dance parties, and more!

What happens if my child feels sick at camp?

During the camp season, we have registered nurses on camp property at all times during the day. Campers can always visit the nurses office any time they have a health issue.

    What happens when it rains?

We always like to say, “It never rains at Camp America!” However, as we cannot control the weather, we always have a rainy day schedule as a backup. Campers will still participate in many fun activities and make some of their most memorable memories!

    What is the tipping policy?

There is no official camp policy on tipping. We neither encourage nor discourage this practice. Since many of our parents do show their appreciation in this manner, we offer the following suggestions:

My child is still missing items that they have left at camp. How do I find them?

Check out the photo site and click on the Album “Lost and Found.” If you see an item that is yours, email us back that picture and let us know it is yours. If you do not see what you are missing, please send us an email and let us know. We will do our best to help you find it!

My child wants to invite their camp friends to their birthday. How can I get their contact information after camp is over?

If you contact the camp office either by phone or email, we will be happy to help you connect with your camper’s friends’ parents.

Are you open on July 4th?

If July 4th falls on a weekday, we will be closed for July 4th only. If it falls on a weekend, we will be closed on the legal holiday observance date.

What does a typical day at camp look like?

A typical day at camp varies between divisions. However, each camper gets a good mix between sports, creative and performing arts. Each week, they get to attend each activity at camp that is appropriate for their age group. Each camper also gets two swims a day.

    How do your sessions work?

Campers can sign up for either 4, 5, 6, 7 or all 8 weeks. However, if a camper is a 4 weeker, they must choose either the first 4 weeks or the last 4 weeks. Any other weeks 5 and up can be customized.
